They were very nice. I have contradictory diet instructions for two separate issues so it was a lot like creating my own diet. She spent the time to go over it all with me.
Nutritionist and RN who did the training in October were very knowledgeable and professional in presenting their materials. It was an enjoyable two days. Follow up in January was equally well done. I am eating healthier and losing weight. Perfect!
I was informed the class was going to be 1 hour. It was 30 minutes exactly and the educator spoke very fast. I thought that they where going to go over the food that I normally eat and give me options or modification ( cultuaraly) At least that is what I had been told.
