Dr. Deleon made me feel like I was wasting his time. Then he sent me down stairs to get labs done and they left me waiting for an hour and a half. Several people came in after me and left before me. Sacred Heart, do better.
Been a patient here for about 5-6 years now, outstanding doctors and staff. Easy to schedule appointments, and almost always on time with little waiting. They treat everyone with professionalism, compassion and caring service, always helpful and make you feel very comfortable. Highly Recommended!
I only just had my first appointment, but I am supremely impressed with the quality of care, and the comfort provided. The nurses have excellent bedside manner and keep the atmosphere light and cheerful, the chairs in the infusion center are fantastic (heated and massaging). Overall a wonderful experience, and I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
