Told me to be here 15 minutes early. I was a half hour before I went up and asked what the hold up was. They finally gave me consent form to sign. Went back to radiology and still waiting
Terrible!!!! This facility needs an investigation to verify that all staff have the proper medical certifications. When asked if we have an allergy, we specifically said YES to the contrast dye. Drove an hour for an MRI and they had it WITH CONTRAST DYE!!!! 🤬 We have to reschedule the MRI, but it won’t be at this place! It’s only a matter of time before they really harm someone.

Absolutely the worst educated facility with Horrific scheduling , They had 3 orders to perform on me and only did 1 , they said they had no more time . they had all of my information prior to scheduling and still asked me to leave ! Neurology appointment in 4 days ! had to cancel it all without even a notice ? go somewhere that cares PLEASE !
Both my wife and I have had surgery at Bay. All 3 time we were treated like we were the only ones there. I went to the other hospital one time, never again! They were rude and acted like I was bothering them.
