The nurses were outstanding.
I want to say that my experience having ankle surgery today August 14th 2026 was one of the best experience I've ever had especially with the staff, I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door, the security officer handed my mom a visitor sticker and immediately made us laugh by telling me this is for your body guard (My mom) he helped turn a situation I was terrified of into something I could laugh about. If I could give St Frances 0 stars i definitely would! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This hospital has gone so down hill since becoming “Ascension” and they have NO morals when it comes to caring for patients. Unless it is a LAST RESORT you would probably be better off attempting to providing yourself the care that you need at home!
The nurse was very nice. Help me through my surgery. I can't ask for a better team I had..
