Ordering errors, difficult to contact, you have to go through at least 2 people to talk to the pharmacist and the first person obviously works from home. It's even hard just to find the right website to order online. So far, I hate it.
The only good thing about this is the people working there who try to help you. They are great. However, the app is useless, I can't ever get logged in. If I can't do that I cannot manage my prescription settings so medications just run out with out any notice. Then you call and they only work M-F so refills take forever. I've ran out of medications 3 times which isn't conducive to helping people stay on track with their medications. Had no problems with ordering or delivery. One med is 20 dollars less by getting it through the mail.
