The only good thing about this is the people working there who try to help you. They are great. However, the app is useless, I can't ever get logged in. If I can't do that I cannot manage my prescription settings so medications just run out with out any notice. Then you call and they only work M-F so refills take forever. I've ran out of medications 3 times which isn't conducive to helping people stay on track with their medications. Had no problems with ordering or delivery. One med is 20 dollars less by getting it through the mail.
I’ve had a GREAT experience with this pharmacy! Not sure why the average review for this place is so low but when looking at the negative reviews, it looks like it’s Seton employees that are dissatisfied so maybe their service is a little different. I receive my prescriptions like clockwork, and if there’s a question the staff is very proactive—they actually call me instead of me having to reach out to them, and everyone I’ve spoken to is helpful and friendly.
