Twice I took my dad to Ascension St Thomas ER and we waited almost 7hours before they finally got him a room! I asked them if they could tell me what took so long and they said they were waiting for a room to come available. So as we are finally going to his room, I looked in each room and half were empty?! That’s weird…Then after my dad was finally getting well we kept working with a lady(from the hospital)that was telling us she was waiting on his insurance and couldn’t release him, she was waiting on the nursing facility ... read more
