I can't not express the absolute nightmare I have endured with Nkese Williams Hayes. I'm posting this rating for public awareness. Ms Williams Hayes is currently under indefinite license suspension. Apparently the state boards revoked her on 12/23/25 because a pharmacist and 5 patients reported her. Thank God that she directly can't harm other people in our community. Overall just an amazing community! I loved the hospitality shown by all staff, and I can always leave knowing I’ve been helped to the best ability and care! Absolutely love it!
My life was was taking a toll on my well-being nothing I did or no other dr could help me until I came across this amazing lady who I call Nk in other words it was Nikes-Williams -Hayes eccentric psychiatric group. They're amazing people I dearly love. She takes the time to listen to me.. she really cares about my feelings I can call her at any time and speak with her if I'm having a bad day. For staff members are very helpful. I want to say thank you to her and her staff.
