Early this morning, I went to the ER and was paining so bad from a horrible muscle spasm. It started off mild and by day 6, I was in intense pain. They were so wonderful to me and gave me 3 injection shots. I was able to go home and go to sleep after being discharge. I remember them when going to the ER because they are Fast and don't beat around the bush, like Beaumont - Troy. Y'all get both hands up and special shout out to the male nurse. He was kind and warn me of my shots having stings in them. I needed that.
Three words sum up Ascension Crittenton...DELAY OF CARE. My mom has been in the hospital since last Wednesday and there hasn’t been a single day that I haven’t had to yell at someone to get her the care she is supposed to have. From incompetent staff and doctors to condescending administrators, this place is a joke. The current floor doctor over-seeing her has done nothing but contradict the pulmonary and respiratory team. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of care and maintenance issues when my family member was there for many days just recently. The room was not cleaned the entire time they were there and the floors (including the hall) was not cleaned so contamination spread from room to room is an issue. No menu choices, you get the daily meal and its sparse at best. I would not go there and I would not recommend this hospital
my father has been admitted to the dr here numerous times and 2x now after having a seizure, he is left to sit in his soiled pants for hours. I am here now with him and been here for 20 min. no one has been by and he is still in his soiled pants. I am very upset and will never bring my father back here.

My family and I been coming to this ER and had our 3rd child here and I could not be happier with the staff from beginning to end of my pregnancy they would address concerns and worries. They took how I felt and made sure I was fine and pain level down as much as possible I strongly recommend this wonderful caring facility and it's kind staff who went above and beyond for me and my family 5 stars
