the wait here is HORRIBLE
I have been going to Providence Livonia for many years. We were seen promptly when a family member needed an x-ray; GREAT WALK IN SERVICE. However, making an appointment for a diagnostic test in radiology is not so easy. I had to wait 15 minutes on hold at least 4 times and got disconnected all 4 times because they couldn't hear me. This may not be the actual medical center's problem but perhaps it is an Ascension Health Management problem and it needs to be fixed. It is EXTREMELY ANNOYING to call to make an appointment.
