I’ve taken my son there multiple times and every time it’s worse than the last. The ER staff called CPS on me because they did not have a bed for my son after they told us they did. We had already spent four hours and my son was starving. I was gonna take him home. They then proceeded to refuse to give us the release paperwork. So I was reported because they couldn’t do their job. I will never step foot in that Hospital again
The hospital is very clean and calming. The staff are amazing and confident about what they do. Every single encounter so far has exceeded my expectations.
We are from out of town and I had an Emergency Dept. visit early morning on 9/18. Dr. Shannon Faehling was thorough, compassionate, and spent the time necessary to order the correct tests and get to the bottom of my issue. Dr. Faehling’s care was among the best I’ve EVER received at a care facility. The entire night staff that I encountered on my visit was kind, caring and timely. I commend them for their passion to their patients and healthcare.
