Was very satified with my appt. All very professional and understanding.
I had a great annual wellness check with Dr Heinzen and a new Resident getting her on the job training. They both treated me with compassion and respect and made every effort possible to assess my medical concerns in order to provide me with the best treatment available.
Since Angie Beach, NP, left late last year, there has been a major disconnect in continuity of care for myself and my teenage daughter. We were well established patients and have received dismissive messages from staff regarding concerns about prescription refills, lab results and even an emergency visit follow up. We are transferring our care elsewhere and will never return to any Ascension facility.
