Waited for over an hour in the room waiting for for doctor was told 20 min the doctor would be in and no one came in to say anything different poor staffing issues sad you make appt then your there for additional 1 hour 20 min
All the people that interacted with me were polity and very nice. Excellent Urgent Care that we had used for our kids growing up, today was my turn. Never a bad experience, I will always go to this location. And my meds were ready and waiting at CVS when I got there, my own doctors could learn from this experience!
I've used this urgent care several times and got in quickly. The staff was friendly and the doctor listened to my concerns.
