My 15 month old has glass in her heel, so I called to see if some nurses or a doctor could help me safely remove it as I can’t hold her foot myself and try to tweeze it out. Whoever answered the phone laughed like it was a ridiculous question and was less than eager to help with what seems like a valid medical issue. 0/10 would not recommend.
Office manager gives sarcastic responses to valid questions. Misrepresented wait time to be seen. Thankfully, there are other options close by.
Best urgent care ever. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every physician I've seen there has been thorough in explaining what's going on. Facility is clean.
They will try to double charge you. Make sure to keep your receipt if you pay in office at the time of your visit, as they will send you a letter with "PAYMENT IS PAST DUE, PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY!". This will require you to waste hours of YOUR time trying to prove you already paid.
