Office manager gives sarcastic responses to valid questions. Misrepresented wait time to be seen. Thankfully, there are other options close by.

Best urgent care ever. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every physician I've seen there has been thorough in explaining what's going on. Facility is clean.

They will try to double charge you. Make sure to keep your receipt if you pay in office at the time of your visit, as they will send you a letter with "PAYMENT IS PAST DUE, PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY!". This will require you to waste hours of YOUR time trying to prove you already paid.

I normally have a really good experience here but tonight was really bad. I felt rushed I didn't even get my blood pressure, temperature, or my chart checked. My Chart was literally still in my hand I was still filling it out. While I was diagnosed as basically couldn't be helped. I had information in my chart that should've been taken into consideration.
