3/6/2024.. I have never been here and this lady did not have a bad attitude or intentionally going super slow... It is insane how long it takes her to see patients and draw blood.... Something seriously need to be done about this
Shirley is the greatest however I encountered some young lady in the office at the desk today who was determined to give me attitude and a hard time. Had a nasty look on her face from the time I approached the desk. Never smiled. I have no clue who the young lady is never saw her a day in my life. If she doesn’t want to be there, work somewhere else. Simple!
i had my blood drawn here the other day. shirley (i hope i spelled her name correctly) did amazing! i am not an easy poke, and i always bruise horribly. this is the first time i haven’t bruised from getting my blood drawn. not only did she do a great job, she was also very personable and funny. you’ve definitely got a rare gem of a stellar phlebotomist at this lab, ascension.
