They took excellent care of me. I would have given them 5 stars except for the discharge procedure. There was some confusion in my discharge orders, and I waited longer than necessary to be discharged. Additionally, my discharge orders were rather vague, even though they were written, I still had to call my attending physician to find out The timeframe for what I could and could not do.
They were courteous and professional and answered all my questions.
They sent the same prescription to pharmacy for my daughter and I. They caused this mix up by not calling in prescription orders correctly on a UTI prescription for one of us on a Friday so had to go to urgent care to get a new prescription due to urgency for needed medication for a severe UTI. Ridiculous!!!
These guys were helpful, honest and got the job done at an affordable price.10/10 would recommend and go to in the future!
