Was referred by my primary Dr and the surgeon I saw was not very personable and made it feel like I was wasting his time. The nurse was supposed to schedule a CT scan and when I called 2 days later, she hadn't called insurance for an approval yet. After doing the CT, they didnt call to give me the results. I had to have my results sent to my primary Dr for the results.

I called to get an appointment and was rudely greeted by the receptionist. She told me that "all of the doctors in the clinic were not seeing new patients", which is fine (I totally understand that is out of her control), but her tone was condescending, annoyed, and unfriendly as if I was supposed to know this information. As someone who already dislikes going to the doctor, this was frustrating.
