We love Joan, the infusion nurse. She’s an angel. Karen, too, absolutely amazing. Dr Zayatt’s staff is amazing and we have no complaints from that standpoint. The accommodations in the infusion area are unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable! Being a pediatric gastroenterology office, the parents must also attend these infusion appointments alongside the patient. It’s not optional to send the child alone to the infusion appointment. Sarah Zimmerman was so helpful! She listened to our concerns. She said she’d investigate when there was something she didn’t know. She was willing to treat the condition. With our previous negative experiences with other providers in this field, we were almost anxious to try again. This was exactly opposite of other gastros. She was fabulous!
When leaving messages or calling-no one answers the phone and no one returned my call from the message I left.
