Do not go here! I was charged for services not rendered. I went to urgent care to be treated for bronchitis. I received the bill and noticed, besides the expected charges, I was being charged $105 for " tobacco use cessation intermediate 3-10 minutes". The extent of the conversation was: Dr.-"Do you smoke?", Me- "Yes.", Dr.-"Well, you should think about quitting." Worst urgent care in all of Wisconsin, extremely unprofessional, no doctor in sight, and very lazy staff member named Heidi
Do not go here! Went for a suspected broken wrist after falling on ice while ice fishing. Went to urgent care Saturday morning right after it happened. Got x rays done and waited. 10 min before they closed at 12, we were told it was sprained not broken. When I asked if I could see the x rays I was told no. Put me in a splint way too small. When we left the room we went out to talk to the rest of the group in the lobby for a minute. The doctor I saw today had the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful!
Stay away from Ascension - They inaccurately bill and refuse to fix it. We went to Urgent care for a quick exam for my son. The service was fine. We paid our urgent room co-pay upon services, and are continually getting an additional bill for an ER visit. We have been appealing the claim for over 3 months now with no progress. I completed the form, per their note below and they continue to say we went the Emergency Dept. I ended up having to submit a claim with the WI Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.... read more
