Sandralee Quade is exceptional. Knowledgeable, listens, thorough.
As with most medical services these days, a reminder might be warranted. But they don't stop there, multiple text messages and multiple emails (even AFTER confirming). But at least they didn't ask me ALL of the same questions that were answered in the confirmation survey.
