The person who did my mammogram was very nice and friendly.
Me and my husband made a new patient appointment here all the way back in April the appointments were canceled by the office and had to be rescheduled 3 different times each time just a few days leading up to the day they were scheduled. 5 months of my time wasted waiting on a Dr appointment that keeps getting canceled. I suggest you get a Dr at an establishment that actually cares about your time and health as I’m going to do.
I had a appointment for 9.30 AM on monday.Got there at 9.15 like I always do. I signed in and sat down.At 10.00 Igot up when to front desk and ask went was I was going to be call to see doctor.She said in a couple of minutes.About 4 minutes later I was called. They put me on the room they took my blood pressure ask me a couple of questions by the nurse. Very pleased with staff at Brananfield location. Not so much with online experience in setting up appointment and online check in and confirmation. Found process difficult. Found nurse practitioner very helpful and impressed with the time she took to get up to speed on my concerns. I am feeling very hopeful and optimistic,going forward with referrals and follow up .
