Receiving care from this Ascension has turned into a thorn in my side. The care itself was fine. However, they have improperly billed me. The bill I've received says that I am uninsured. I have called multiple times to try to sort this issue out. My insurance has been billed for all subsequent visits, I was told that it would be fixed. I'm still receiving incorrect bills that have been sent to my home. Go somewhere else for treatment.
Dr El Hassan and Dr Darby Martin, and their med assistants professional, every time. Great demeanor, personabke, knowledgeable, good listeners, responsive to needs.
They don’t listen to your needs and DARBY MARTIN is rude and she doesn’t care about her patients. She doesn’t listen to your needs and she doesn’t have good bed side manners don’t recommend them at all
