Dr Antuin and the nurse who did my work up were wonderful. I never before had any problems with the clinical staff, until today!I called and spoke with a member of your clinical staff named Sherry, simply asking her to re-fax cardiac clearance to Borlan Groover. She was unbelievably rude, telling me she’d do it one morning re time. After that, I would have to come in person to get a copy! (Which, for me wouldn’t mean paying for transportation). But I don’t think she cared!
Everyone was very professional and ,extremely polite. Let us know that the doctor had been detained, but we would all be seen.
