The staff was excellent in getting my mom looked at on 8/12/26 after her fall. I personally want to thank the nurse on duty for NP Sims who went beyond & comforted me after an issue. I will forever be grateful for your kindness during a stressful time & acknowledging that there was a problem. It's been ignored so long, I felt it was all hopeless. I know people do care.
We literally walked in at closing time & was thinking we would be turned away. That didn’t happen! In fact, they were very patient & thorough with us. I would recommend the Urgent Care.
