My experience at my Dr went very well. The only problem is getting through to anyone on what ever that mess is trying to talk to a representative Very frustrating. It's as though you do everything to keep clients from calling for help with anything.
Dr. Trauring and his staff are the best. He always takes time to listen and is very thorough. My only complaint is central scheduling. I would prefer to talk to the office in Kokomo. Central scheduling has taken a simple process and made it difficult. I never had any problems with scheduling at any office or the hospital in Kokomo until Ascension took over.
