She was very sweet and explained everything It was all easy to understand and my insurance covered the one I picked. They fit nicely and I'm in the beginning of the adjustment phase. All is going well so far!
Both of my doctors (Audiologist/Ear, Nose and Throat) were very professional and very helpful and pleasant with me. Overall it was a very good experience. I’m grateful for their approach towards me and I want them both to know that I have visited the VA Hospital in Marion, Indiana and have got my new hearing aids ordered and should have them in two weeks with incurring no costs whatsoever. I only have to pay a $50.00 copay for today’s visit and the same copay when I pick up my hearing aids.
