They were fast and got strait to me as quick as they could. Worked around a delay and made it possible to get the samples they needed to obtain the results they look for.
Staff is very cordial, friendly, and knowledgeable. The NP is wonderful at listening and addressing my concerns and helping me maintain my meds, tests and all aspects to maintain my health. Bonus close to home.
Be aware of ableism. If Dr. Pandya is able to do something, she expects you to be able to do the same. Expect to dictate your own medical care for mild issues, have the doctor push up barriers every now and then, poor communication and not doing prior auths for medications and insurance, not being knowledgeable about the referrals she places, and then shame you for not being a physician specialist in the illness that you have.
