Easy to schedule
Was very disappointed with Telehealth experience. Waited in virtual waiting room for an hour. When I called the office was told I “missed the appt” and that they tried to call me. I didn’t have any missed calls and they didn’t leave a voicemail. I was frustrated because I was made to feel that it was my fault somehow. Lesson learned I guess.
Always a professional and caring atmosphere created by Dr. Land and his team.!
