If I could give anything less than 1 star, I would. I am disappointed as to how I was treated as a patient by one of the staff. How would a staff member hang up the phone on a patient because I am trying to explain my situation in traffic and hurrying for my appointment. The staff kept saying the opposite of what I was saying. I said I was on my way, and I would make it for the 15 mins max time after my scheduled time. The staff kept saying I could reschedule instead of getting on the road to come. I explained multiple times... read more
The entire staff is wonderful, and my experience specifically with Rachel Slagle, Leanna, and Jennifer has been stellar across the board. Wonderful, personalized care! Prompt and I've never left feeling unheard or rushed through my appointment. The entire practice is warm, professional, and I would absolutely recommend!
