Doctors are great! The receptionists who answers the phone don’t introduce themselves are very blunt lack customer service doesn’t make for good first impression

This customer service at this place could really use some work. You cannot get anyone to call you back or address your concerns. You will constantly get the run around and talk to different people just to get an issues addressed. I was billed inappropriately twice and still cannot get this issue resolved because they just don't care. After talking to someone on the phone who told me they would update my insurance weeks ago, then I get another message saying I needed to pay a bill.
