Staff here are professional and friendly. Dr Purdy is a competent doctor. He listens and tries to grasp what I am saying and mean. I have been his patient for 30 years. I expect medical competency from him and he delivers.
The office staff in the doctor's office are great. Your billing department needs great improvement. Have not been satisfied at all with them. They post payments without asking and takes forever to get refunds. Do not explain circumstances or billing questions in a timely manner. Improvement much needed for Billing department.
