listened to my concerns, friendly, minimal wait time
Incorrect patient phone number had them contacting me regarding an upcoming appointment based on someones lab results.. It took me three phone calls to convince them that i was not one of their patients… it was then that they discovrred they had a wrong number. This qualifies as a HIPPa violation since they gave mr the real patients name and had knowledge of their lab results
