Shelly Long is fantastic. She’s knowledgeable and kind. I felt we could openly discuss what I was going through and she was very supportive and had great information. I would not hesitate to have my daughter make an appointment with Shelly Long.
This was my very first visit, and I will not be going back. After waiting 3 months for my initial appointment with Dr Bowman, I was rescheduled with the assistant at the last minute because Dr Bowman became unavailable (either that or wait another 3 months…UGH!!!!). Unfortunately, the assistant’s care felt incredibly limited and automated. Instead of listening to my unique women’s health concerns, she just handed me a sheet of paper with general information.and refused to look past or go outside of those basic recommendation... read more
My experience with the staff at the facility was great….my gripe is that the swabs for the paps are left out in the open for everyone to touch and contaminate. I watched my nurse fumbling with multiple as she was setting them out for the doc to use. Totally grossed me out.
If I could give negative stars I would they dropped me mid pregnancy leaving me with no care and unable to find care due to how far along I was and couldn’t allow me to fix a simple error in insurance that was causing them to drop my care
