Everyone was super nice and helpful except the nurse I had at the end of my visit Super nonchalant I told him I was in pain and all he said was the Dr don’t say anything about giving me pain medicine nor offer to ask Dr. on my behalf. After finally finishing my antibiotics ready to be discharged my husband asked if he take me in a wheelchair and he looked at me and was like you can’t walk, I didn’t just finish telling him that I was in pain! I think this is a great clean facility, great staff but they seem to lack in their customer service department. Wait times with or without an appointment are long, and the I’ve struggled to get a simple prescription filled that is pain related and I can’t seem to get my lab results back in a timely manner. If I call to talk to a nurse or doctor about this, they just say they will call back or they are sorry they can’t help.

I had the best pregnancy thanks to Dr. Bowman. She is thoughtful, caring and a great patient advocate. I never felt rushed when talking with her and asking questions. Her office is responsive to any portal messages you have if you are having any issues!! Forever grateful to her. I also met with several other providers at the practice throughout my pregnancy and had great experiences will all of them.
