My experience with the staff at the facility was great….my gripe is that the swabs for the paps are left out in the open for everyone to touch and contaminate. I watched my nurse fumbling with multiple as she was setting them out for the doc to use. Totally grossed me out.
If I could give negative stars I would they dropped me mid pregnancy leaving me with no care and unable to find care due to how far along I was and couldn’t allow me to fix a simple error in insurance that was causing them to drop my care
I’ve had a great experience with this clinic. It’s very easy to schedule appointments, and communication is always smooth. Whenever I call, someone at the front desk answers quickly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If I have questions through the patient portal, the nurses also respond quickly. The only downside is that they use two different portals, which can be a little confusing, especially when registering. Other than that, I’ve been very happy with my experience here.
I’ve had a terrible experience before ever seeing a doctor. The office person I spoke to, Karisma, was very rude and not helpful. When I asked to speak to a manager about the poor experience I was told I would receive a call back and never did, it’s been over a month later. When I called on a Saturday to cancel my appointment scheduled on a Monday, I was told there was absolutely nothing the operator could do; she said she could not cancel or leave a message and that I would need to call in the morning on Monday 2 hours befo... read more
