Excellent service
The billing department is atrocious. I made 2 payments at the front desk of the hospital for my surgery requirements, totaling almost $4,000. Since they don't do surgery billing, all deductible costs have to be paid up front the day before/of surgery. Neither payment was posted. Their billing department kept demanding the payments and I was able to get one payment posted after providing the front desk receipt. They lost my 2nd payment which my bank has shown confirmed paid.
