I have been a patient of the Seton family since 1992. My two babies were delivered at Seton on 38th street. Our family Doctor Dan R. Baker took care of our family until his retirement. Because of his great care we stayed with the doctor (Dr. Kirk Middleton) who replaced him. Still we have received wonderful care. My husband sees Dr. Middleton and is very pleased. No problem with doctor but billing department failed to check insurance and didn’t charge me the correct amount for the second time in a row. One of my prescriptions was renewed at the wrong dosage and this has happened multiple times. You’all are the horror stories we see on the news waiting to happen.
I get so much help from Kayla Sellers, Licensed Nurse Practitioner. She really listens to and understands the challenges I have and has good ideas for resolving my health challenges and helping me feel better.
