This is no longer ascension and Dr Azam has moved. What's frustrating though is the new practice sent me a reminder to schedule an appt and when I tried to, they had no record of me but did not disclose that it was because it's no longer the same practice. Kind of shady and unprofessional. Please update the Google maps page so others are not confused like I was
Zero stars if I could!! I saw NP Phommalone Mone Nguyen today and as I was trying to tell her everything that was going on with me, she cut me off and straight up told me she did not have time to go over everything because she had two other patients waiting for her in other rooms. She said she will only go over ONE of my concerns and I would have to make an appointment and go back for any other concerns. Request a new provider immediately if this medical group tries to schedule you with Phommalone Mone Nguyen, NP. She should have her license taken away. I have never heard of a doctor “releasing” a patient because of a missed appointment. I didn’t have transportation. I now have an appointment with an endocrinologist that SHE recommended me to (which took nearly 6 months to get an appointment) and am unable to get blood work or medication that I have been out of for weeks. I had a terrible experience with Nurse Practitioner Phommalone Mone Nguyen regarding a simple form that was crucial to my academic standing. I provided her with a clear deadline to complete documentation of my recent hospital visits and medical crises, which my school required. Despite my repeated communication, with 5-6 follow-up calls, I was met with a 5-word response on the portal DAYS after the deadline "no, I don't have documents." I'm 36 and I highly recommend Dr. Sana Azam. You will not be disappointed if you decide to schedule one of your annual checkups with her. She has just joined San Marcos Ascension Seton. I asked her to check over my lymph nodes, and I was impressed by how many she checked, by how well she knows the human body.
