Very thorough, very friendly, they listen to you and have your care and feelings at heart.
Everything was great except getting my pain killer prescription sent in. I saw Dr Dunlap on 8/6 and the meds were not called in to my pharmacy until 8/10. This was after two phone calls, both with promises that they would be called in that day that were not kept. Luckily, I had some pills left over from my ER visit or I would have had to have gone without pain relief over the weekend.
