I haven’t seen Dr. Graham yet, but the PA, Yullia Strickland was kind, unhurried and professional. The imaging technician was also excellent and also extremely friendly. Support staff certainly seems to be beyond that of many medical offices. I was there with a woman, Olena, who is a Ukrainian refugee and Ms. Strickland, who I learned is also from Ukraine made time to give Olena contacts for Ukrainians in Austin, while still keeping up with her professional duties.
