No waiting, Friendly Staff, Great First visit w/Tracey and Dr K
Dr. Koltz and his staff are amazing. They're so friendly. They remember you and actually see you and hear you. That's a wonderful feeling especially in their field. When you're trusting someone with your future of movement and continued interactions with family and friends they are the ONLY ONES I trust. I had a 3 level ACDF surgery and they did a fabulous job and treated me with respect and dignity even with my seemingly frivolous questions and queries.
I had surgery at Ascension Hospital in Round Rock in January and stayed four days. From check in to check out, everyone was wonderful. Of course, my surgeon, Dr. Koltz, is amazing!! The reception, nurses, PT, food services and cleaning stuff were all so kind & professional. When you don't feel your best, it's great to know you are getting care from the best. Thanks to you all!
