Every one was friendly and attentive. The NP Natalie taking care of me was professional, informative and calm, which helps when they’re trying to figure out what’s going on with your brain. Recommended.
I scheduled an appointment and called to ask how much it would cost, I was told because it was an initial consultation there would be no charge. Awesome. The appointment lasted about 15min, they took my vitals, the doctor asked me some questions, then told me a neurologist isn’t the best way to treat my condition and referred me to a website for finding CBT treatment. Okay, kind of a bummer but no biggie. Then a claim for a “60+ minute office visit” pops up on my insurance for $629! Insurance only paid half so now I’m stuck ... read more
