The woman that answered the phone was very rude, kept talking over me and being nasty. I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me. I think I’ll just go to a different neurologist
My provider was fine, but my experience with the office was poor and they seemed quite disorganized. It took a month for my prior authorization to be submitted to insurance, and it seemed to be submitted on the same day that I sent the office a message asking for updates on my claim. When my provider went on maternity leave, they were unprepared with a consistent replacement, and it took an additional two months after getting approved to get my botox treatment.
