Will send your culture to an out of network lab across the country without your permission which breaks the No Surprises Act. Be prepared for an undeserved bill and having to deal with insurance appeals. They are also impossible to get a hold of and don't return calls or update you on results. The doctors ignore requests and try to make multiple appointments for things that could have been handled in one. Terrible experience all the way around.
I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at this facility. I provided a detailed list of symptoms and made it very clear that I was in pain. Despite this, I was told I would have to wait 7–10 days for test results, with no guidance, treatment options, or next steps provided in the meantime. Being expected to remain in pain for over a week without support is unacceptable.
