Saw a doctor here and this doctor is my primary care position on my insurance but since I haven't seen him in while I'm considered a new patient
Kelly is awful and extremely rude . Someone needs to let her go .
Hopefully now that the practice has been taken over been Henry ford someone will do something about Kelly. Very rude and unprofessional when you go in for an appointment and the assistant is giving you attitude before even seeing the doctor. Am still on the fence about finding a new practice due to this issue.
Dr. Giordano and her assistant, Cindy, are outstanding. Dr. Giordano is by far the kindest, most thorough, and genuinely caring primary care provider I’ve encountered, and Cindy is always professional, helpful, and kind. However, it’s important to address a serious, ongoing issue with Kelly, another nurse in the office.
