Update: I received a call back regarding my issue. They confirmed that the results had not been posted, apologized for the oversight, and have since posted them. I was able to find the results on the portal. I appreciate the follow-up and resolution. I hope that issues like this can be resolved faster in the future. Nobody can help me find my test results. Nobody can help me find my test results. After calling their number and leave a message under medical records, nobody ever called me back. I came into the office to ask for my results, they refused to print them for me and they kept telling me to find them on my portal. Nobody can actually point me where on the portal I would find them because the results are not there. What is the point of doing tests if you can never see your results???

Came in for an ultrasound today, I had my daughter with me and they told me that the policy changed to no kids a month ago. I told them i didn’t receive any update on this info since I was last in, but they didn’t care. Front desk just stared at me. I had my husband pick my daughter up, it took 15 min.
