With the first appointment my dr. Send me there so i went with pain when I enter to the ultrasound room the young girl (cuz she didn't told me her name) really hurt me i told her to go easy and her answer was " is normal don't worry i almost done " well that didn't HELL AT ALL then i went to a room to talk to the dr. I told her all my concerns and that i was in pain so she literally told everything was normal and the cyst will go away so I back home with no medication no recommendations and a bill to pay. Waiting 45 min to an hr for an appointment is the most stupidest thing ever this is why I walk away and leave in the office they have ZERO RESPECT FOR PATIENTS TIME
This place has to be the worst place you can go send someone for care. Don't waste your time and money. I will be submitting a formal complaint with governmental agencies and make it public on social media
