I am currently going here, I find the staff at Ascension Rehab in Bartlett for professional. My therapist is Fe, I love her!! She has really helped me with my drop foot from a surgery, I highly recommend this place.
I want to share my experience specifically about an employee there. The PT Ferdinand. This person is the worst he never wanted to listen about my pain and always minimize it and made me feel like I was exaggerating. With this person it was black or white no gray parts. When I told him that I had less pain when I was in therapy do to not having to move my arm as much as when I was at work. He had de audacity to say he only worked with the pain that I had right in there in therapy not with the pain that I had in my daily life.... read more
My family and I have used Amita Bartlett Physical Therapy several times. Joven’s knowledge, patience and professionalism are some of the best I’ve experienced. Ferdy is also VERY knowledgeable and thorough. He walks you through everything and makes sure u are involved in your plan. Fe is so very kind and patient. I had great experience with PT in this location. Joven and Mack helps my mom to recover after knee replacement. they are dedicated to their work and take care of my mom during therapy and keep checking blood pressure. I appreciate Amita team to all support.
Marc Jaynes is an extraordinarily competent Dr. of PT. His ability to adapt exercises to address the specific injury as well as the specific needs of the patient make him highly valued! I have insufficient words to express my respect for his ability to help me regain function, manage pain, and move to a more able-bodied future!
