This place was my go to when they were still Ascension. It was easy to book appointments and request for refills through MyChart. Now that they switched to PrimeHealth, the app stopped working and it’s impossible for me to reach out to anyone for either appointments or refill prescriptions. Every time I tried to call them, literally a few minutes right after they are opened, I was sent straight to voicemails due to the phone call volumes. Since they switched from Ascension to Prime, I cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone or refill my prescription. Plus the MyChart app is practically useless now as you cannot write a message to your doctor/staff and no more re-fill your prescription button. What is going on? Does anyone work here? I've been going to this location since they opened and I like my primary care doc, Dr. Peterson but I feel forced to go elsewhere.
The day I no longer had to deal with the absolute incompetence of the staff here was one of the better days in my life. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy endless holds and call backs for a simple prescription.
