I've seen Kunchala for years, love her! After Prime took over, it's been nothing but issues, even before she left, it was hard to get a hold of the office. Now that she's gone, I've been trying to figure out who is there & refilled some of my meds & others have been denied. Meds that I have been on for years, I have tried calling for over a week now to speak to anyone in the office, even Walgreens pharmacy has tried. What is going on?! With Dr Kunchala gone, it seems patients have become just a number. All compassion is gone. Don’t waste your time with this office if you need a doctor and staff who actually care about you, the patient.
Be great if any of your phone options led to a person …. Every option says busy back to main menu.. called twice 2 hours apart Wow. Guess I should not give you my business then, ok.
