I just went there today and They absolutely did nothing for me, but took my temperature, weight, blood pressure. No Tests, but they were quick to send me to the ER and for what. They must think Senior are rich.They say online when you book your appointment.Bring your Medical records and I did and I explained that I needed referrals and they told me to call back on Monday. I am very displeased and how can some worthless man say anyone is lying about this place. I plan to contact my health care provider and file a complaint.

Ascension has allowed their office building (still named Presence Health) on 2433 N Harlem Ave in Chicago to become derelict. The building is literally falling apart, and is home to drug and alcohol use, as well as prostitution. The building is not well lit, and has been abandoned since COVID. We find people passed out in the alley we share with the building regularly. Ascension has put up 'no trespassing' signs, a meager attempt at best. i almost didn’t go because of a couple bad reviews i read but those people were liars. idk what they got going on but this place is great. s/o jackie, s/o mckenna, s/o anna, s/o everybody else in the building great staff great vibes - wish i had more medical problems so i could go back and hang (kidding, i prefer to be healthy - but seriously they’re wonderful) if you have problems here or you didn’t get great service you might want to look in the mirror or work on your communication skills <3 thanks yall!!!

I have been trying to get a refferal to go through from this office since Decmeber of last year- no one answers the phone nor does the recevie office ever receive my refferal paperwork
