Don’t try to call this place cause you are wasting your precious time. This place is a joke!!! Nobody knows nothing and nobody cares and the doctors they just want to get paid.
I had my first appointment end of January and had procedure scheduled for Feb 14th, after I was done the doctor told me to call in a week for results and next steps. I did as I was told and they said that the doctor would get back to me as soon as he could. I waited another week and gave another call and when I told them the doctor hasn’t called me they said “Oh… yeah, he does that” and told me she would text him to his personal number and call me as soon as he could that same day. I like the place and I like that I was able to get an appointment quickly. However, after I had screening procedures done I have not received call back from the doctor. I called the office twice and they told me the doctor would reach out to me. It’s been almost a month. I have been trying to call to make an appointment with a different provider because I still have uncomfortable symptoms and nobody answers. It’s slightly annoying. The staff overall is really nice but just those little things that are bothersome.
The office staff are very friendly and helpful with the patients checking in or out
Very polite staff, great to see the Dr. again. I was very pleased with the attention
