I hope this review helps to inform others so they don’t find themselves in the position Prime Medical Group has put me. I’ve been seeing one of the primary doctors there over the past 4-5 years. This doctor left for another practice. I thought I was this doctor’s patient. Apparently, you’re a patient of the practice, not the doctor. Decent experience calling and scheduling. Dr Fahrenbach was very thorough and made sure I understood routine preventative care procedure my GP recommended. It's rare nowadays that a doctor doesn't seem to be rushing you out of the office. I did decide to ask my GP for a home test rather than go through a whole colonoscopy, as Dr F repeatedly confirmed with me, "No symptoms? No family history?" Don’t try to call this place cause you are wasting your precious time. This place is a joke!!! Nobody knows nothing and nobody cares and the doctors they just want to get paid.

I had my first appointment end of January and had procedure scheduled for Feb 14th, after I was done the doctor told me to call in a week for results and next steps. I did as I was told and they said that the doctor would get back to me as soon as he could. I waited another week and gave another call and when I told them the doctor hasn’t called me they said “Oh… yeah, he does that” and told me she would text him to his personal number and call me as soon as he could that same day. I like the place and I like that I was able to get an appointment quickly. However, after I had screening procedures done I have not received call back from the doctor. I called the office twice and they told me the doctor would reach out to me. It’s been almost a month. I have been trying to call to make an appointment with a different provider because I still have uncomfortable symptoms and nobody answers. It’s slightly annoying. The staff overall is really nice but just those little things that are bothersome.
