The nursing and provider experience is always top notch. I will not go to Georgetown again though. The receptionist was rude and actually forgot to check us in. My husband approached her twice to be sure we were not forgotten and she was down right rude and stated that this takes time. I asked other medical assistant’s taking others back to the exam room to please check for us and they also did not. Efficient, professional and showed a kind, caring attitude. All staff and doctor. Rare these days.
Dr Upadhyaya is an amazing surgeon and I highly recommend him. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results! His staff is amazing also!
