Absolute garbage from the front desk to the nurses. Recpetionist went into my charts after being told not to. HIPAA violation. Management is preventing medicine that my PA has prescribed me from being filled. Front desk chick put me on hold 4 times consecutively and then answered the phone and asked how she could help when I called from a different number. Horrible! My husband and I moved to Sun City a few years ago. As a result we had to change our family physician located closer. I tried to secure a doctor at Ascension Medical Group Georgetown. Unfortunately, I had to go with a PA who in my opinion was not on top of his game. To make matters worse, I've been waiting for my prescriptions to be approved as they needed to be refilled. I had to drive from Austin to Georgetown to Ascension Seton my PA was caring and understanding. She tried to help me with all my problems. My insurance changed and I was dropped from my pain management. So she's trying to help me find a new one. Closer to Austin. But as luck would have it. No one likes my insurance. But Seton is working hard to help me. Thank you Ascension Seton.
During my first visit, I had a horrible blood work experience with the nurse who was helping me. The nurse tried to draw blood from my right arm but failed to do that. She then suggested trying the left arm which has a big vessel that can be seen on my arm. However, she still failed to take any blood out. The experience was painful and horrible.
