I have used the Georgetown location for over 20 years and was very happy, but, my beloved doctor left and I am waiting to see another for over 2 months. I have 2 medications that I am out of that they refuse to refill even though I have an appointment scheduled in about 2 weeks. One is for pain and the other for ADD. I see Julia Case. She is very knowledgeable and helped me lower my A1C. She cares and takes the time with you. Staff is always welcoming.
The main reason for 3 stars is solely because of the Ascension Group, NOT the doctors or staff at the clinic. The Ascension billing dept is absolutely HORRIBLE! They screw up my bill almost every single visit. I am self pay and pay at time of service. I then get a notice of a balance due the next day or so AFTER I have already paid! I then have to go through a song and dance routine to get it straightened out. Calling the number listed only transfers you to some call center in India.
