I find it very unacceptable that I arrive to an appointment 10 minutes early and I have to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time just to be even seen the first time I came to this place. Second time I came to the place early once again. Try to reschedule an appointment over the phone nobody answered or returned to voicemail. I recently had an appendectomy at GC hospital. Dr Sauerbeck was my surgeon. Surgery went well. I am currently 2.5 weeks post op with zero complications. Great bedside manner and professional. Had my follow up at this location, and everything looks great! Thank you so much Dr Sauerbeck! GC is lucky to have him as an asset.

Had a terrible experience with another surgeon and ended up in the hospital on my death bed (literally), until Dr. H walked in and smiled at me and said my dear we will figure it out. And he kept that promise along with his caring devoted safe. Every set of the way the staff and him were there, if I needed supplies, they bought them for me, if I couldn’t afford my monthly supplements, they gave me free samples. From the moment I went back for my surgery I felt extremely comfortable with the staff! Kayleigh and Megan were so kind and comforting. Dr.Sadoun and Dr.Van Beek were thorough in making sure I didn't have any questions or concerns prior to the procedure. My pain management felt like a priority after I was awake. I wish I could thank the amazing nurse who woke me up but I was pretty loopy! Would recommend the staff at this surgical center again and again.
