Made a complaint to Medicaid & Henry Ford. New office manager needs to be fired she called me a racial slur.
Please avoid this office. My daughter was sexually touched by one of there employees & when brought to the new supervisor attention, she said it’s out of her hands and that she can’t do anything. They need to fire new office supervisor.
It’s crazy how kindness goes a long way 9 months ago I gave birth to my baby girl and had to go the her new born check up two days after and I’m not sure if she’s a nurse but the lady at the front desk was amazing. I’m a first time mom so I did not know anything about anything lol she helped me put the baby in the car cause I couldn’t lift cause I had stitches and I couldn’t walk right and my whole body was aching and sore cause I’d just given birth.
