Made a complaint to Medicaid & Henry Ford. New office manager needs to be fired she called me a racial slur.
Please avoid this office. My daughter was sexually touched by one of there employees & when brought to the new supervisor attention, she said it’s out of her hands and that she can’t do anything. They need to fire new office supervisor.
It’s crazy how kindness goes a long way 9 months ago I gave birth to my baby girl and had to go the her new born check up two days after and I’m not sure if she’s a nurse but the lady at the front desk was amazing. I’m a first time mom so I did not know anything about anything lol she helped me put the baby in the car cause I couldn’t lift cause I had stitches and I couldn’t walk right and my whole body was aching and sore cause I’d just given birth. Used to love this place but lately it feels like they only want money. My daughter went I'm last week with an ear infection. They gave her the weakest antibiotics. She took it for the 10 days and still complained her ear hurt. U used to just call and theyd give her something stronger. When I called today to ask for something stronger they told me I had to come back in. And now they just became teir 2 on my insurance so we can no longer see the doctor both my kids have been going to since they were born.
