Couldn’t say enough good things about Dr.Vavro. She listens, cares and remembers even the small things from past visits. Even after moving years ago, I still take the drive to keep her as my doctor. I appreciate everything she does for me!
My wife has been going here for a couple years now and the care has been sub par, but the way they've treated us just now was beyond unacceptable. We made an appointment to get seen over an urgent matter over two weeks ago, and the last business day before the appointment, they call and leave a passive aggressive voicemail saying that they don't accept our insurance anymore and that they're canceling our appointment. I've only been coming here for a couple of years, but this last experience was the final straw that broke the camel's back. I made an appointment two weeks ago and they're just now informing me they don't take my insurance anymore. Extremely rude and unprofessional voicemail left by Leticia who also said she was canceling it. The tone of her voice suggested that we are not their problem anymore. Brutal! I’ve been going to that office for over 25 years and it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. Sure miss Dr. LaRose. No one there wants to see anyone unless they’re healthy. Anything minor you’re much better off going to the urgent care. I’ll be looking for another place to go. Even physicals aren’t the same anymore there.
System was down so I couldn't do bloodwork. Went back the next day to a hand written note that says they close at 3:45. Google is inaccurate and this place sucks. Won't be back.
