The staff at the desk are incredibly rude, inconsiderate and snarky at best. The unprofessionalism is unreal. As long as it all goes smoothly and you don’t question them, they are fine. But, if you have any issues, get ready to repeat yourself to them several times. They gave me more than one misquote on their own office prices, tell their patients it’s their problem when they messed up and act all shocked and clutching their pearls if you get frustrated with their antics. Dr. Vavro and the team at Cornerstone are excellent! From scheduling the appointment to checking out when leaving, everyone was professional, polite and very efficient. Dr. Vavro is extremely knowledgeable and really listens to her patients questions and concerns.

Maybe I choose the wrong doctor when I came back to H.F.Cornerstone but unless you want to be told exactly what to do like a child or an older person (who needs direction) do not see Dr. Barker. You cannot make most decisions for yourself as she will decide what you should do.Including discontinuing medication that I had been on for years & wanted to continue. Couldn’t say enough good things about Dr.Vavro. She listens, cares and remembers even the small things from past visits. Even after moving years ago, I still take the drive to keep her as my doctor. I appreciate everything she does for me!
