I’m very unhappy with the situation. They scheduled my surgery for September 27th, 2024, and then the manager called, claiming she left a message for me on Tuesday, which is not true. She went on to say they wanted to reschedule the surgery to October or November. I explained that I couldn’t do that because I’ve already registered and paid for the rest of my college semester, which starts at the beginning of October. Sarah Deighton-Collin’s is amazing. The staff is awesome too. 10/10
Dr. Deighton-Collins is simply amazing! She takes time to listen to your questions and concerns and answers them honestly. She is genuinely interested in how things are going for you and makes you feel like a person instead of number. Her and her staff are wonderful at making the appointment as comfortable as possible. If I could give the office 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat!
